The physical structure of the Ninja Board


I mentioned the Ninja board before.  First here, and then again here.

I also mentioned that I made a contraption halfway through to make my life a bit easier.

I found the pictures that I took back then, so here they are:

First I cut out a couple of these, and put them on the board.

Then I made these plastic envelopes by cutting them out and taping the ends back together.
And then I put them on the chart paper to hold future upgrades.

Here's an example of what one of my boards look like.  I removed student names for privacy issues.


I think in one semester I spent approximately 75 hours on putting it together, making the board, revising the points each day, creating wanted posters, designing cards...etc.

It may be a little quicker now that I have more experience with various aspects of it, but it still takes a large amount of time.

I love it though, and the kids love it.  No reason not to continue it then!
